Vintage Mid Century Hand Blown Round COBALT BLUE Large Water Pitcher 1.5 QT:
This hard to find 1950's-1960's Mid century Glass Pitcher does not have any make or marker
and is not labelled with any logo so I am not sure but it looks like it
is most likely a Hazel Atlas or a Indiana.
The pitcher is made of 100% COBALT BLUE Glass with with a wide round globe shaped body and a curved handle
with a amazing rare folded upper rim with an nice pouring spout.
The dimensions of the pitcher measures 9 inches in height, and is about 6 inches in diameter at the widest point.
The Pitcher is a nice large size and holds 1.5 Quarts in volume (approx 1.5 Litres).
Overall the pitcher is ONLY GENTLY used with almost very little signs of wear or age and are in excellent condition.
They are specimens are super clean with a nice vivid original colour.
There are no MELT marks and NO cracks, no chips and NO noticeable flaws.
The Coblat blue color is superb and by the weight of it, I think the pitcher is made with Lead Ozide (crystal).
